Upgraded to CWS 5.5 with SeeQuence Impose on multiple workstations including the Fiery with a FACI Kit. When selecting files to impose from the hold queue on one workstation we get the following message: 'Because the file is restricted page reordering and flattening will not be allowed' I'm not sure what restriction this indicates but the interesting twist is that when we selected the same file from another workstation (in this case the FACI interface if that helps) there was no message. Obviously, in the first case we cannot save the flattened PDF back on to the desktop. What restrictions is this supposed to indicate?
The files do not appear to be restricted. What needs to be done to overcome this problem and provide full use of impose?

I had the same issue on my IC-306 (with FACI). Luckily, I could cross check that the files are totally okay by using Impose on a different (regular / not a Fiery server) computer. So it wasn't a problem with this particular PDF but rather with either Impose or Acrobat on the Fiery server. Bova Magiq Drivers Manual. So I would suggest you focus on the software which is installed on the Fiery and don't try to analyse the PDF file.
I'm sure, the problem lies there. Unfortunately, I can't remember what exactly I did but somehow I got it to work. Surely I did the following: - Installed / Upgraded CWS - Reinstalled Acrobat (Full Install) and added the latest Acrobat patches.
